Be Lead Safe

If your home, condo or co-op was built before 1978, the paint used may contain lead, even the tile in some cases. Special care must be taken during construction or remodeling to mitigate health risks to you, your family and workers. Turtle Contracting is an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm and Lou Amling is an EPA Certified Renovator, qualified to effectively address these issues.

The United States Environmental Protection Agency, the EPA, has prepared the documents below to help you understand the problem. Please take some time to review this important material.
